  I have a unique perspective. I am a customer who is thrilled with the quality of the service and affordable price. I gained additional perspective when it was discovered that the fiber optic line damaged my sewer pipe when the service was extended to my neighborhood. Austin and his crew owned the problem and immediately corrected it at their expense. They covered all of my out of pocket costs without hesitation. I am glad I chose a local business and I recommend Peak Internet.

  Extremely disappointed with them, first off trying to talk on the phone I had to continually repeat myself and say things over and over and the lady on the phone was very hard to understand. After letting her know I had the equipment necessary at my residents it's a rental and the owners of the house keep the equipment there for the "rentees" to just have turned on she kept saying that I must give them a security deposit on there equipment cause they would be in able to use what was already there, even thought the the dish and and all other stuff has there logo and name all over it. Wish people could just listen and not stick to "the script"
