  I rented a storage space from them for two months. She called me, couldnt reach me, so called the next person i put on my emergency contacts.... My mother and i driving/moving cross country, my mom hands me her phone... Im trying to pull a fifth wheel and now am being chewed out by the manager of the storage unit. It seems that two tvs had been dumped somewhere and apparently i am the obvious choice for dumping them. Then she says, "well i havent checked the security cameras yet" to which i said "seems to me like youd check that out before calling someone up and chewing their ass for something they did not do!" she did not even apologize but ended the conversation by threatening me. I had the storage for less than two months. Paid first month plus deposit. I, because of moving and selling my home, was late the second month. Went in one month and two days late to close out my storage account. Was charged over 120.00...
  And i left my space spotless, had to go to great lengths to throw a box springs away, which is the only thing i had there for over a month!

  Did not care what i was experiencing with her storage unit.
  And the barrier poles to protect corners of her units are out so far, better turn wide people, but dont hit the retaining wall of the neighbors! Scraped the whole side of my van because thy are about 4ft from the building... Did i complain, no i did not. But i am now, i have never in my life been treated like that by anyone, much less someone i paid to do business with.
  Overpriced, unexpected charges and deposit? For what, i left my unit perfect! Call me up very ugly and rude accusing me of something i didnt do before even getting your facts straight!
  BAD BUSINESS!
  If i could give less than one star i would! This is the first bad review i have ever given! My storage unit was a 10x15... Was supposed to be 60 something a month, plus my deposit of 60.... I have no idea what she even charged me for, like a made up number because i was late a month? I owed for one month... And never saw the deposit backso all together that last month cost me over 200 and i have no idea why, it was left spotless.
  There are plenty of other storage units in woodland people, save yourself some grief
